Subject: FOP Foundation Free Women’s Self-defense class
In partnership with Central Ohio Crime Stoppers and Black Wing Shooting Center a self defense class for women is being offered by the Fraternal Order of Police Capital City Lodge #9 Foundation free of charge to women in Central Ohio.
Go to www.stopcrime.org to register for this free class being offered on March 10th (6:30 PM to 9 PM) at the FOP Lodge, 6800 Schrock Hill Court
The class will be taught by an off-duty police officer who is a certified instructor in defensive tactics and is intended to encourage self survival in unwarranted encounters with the criminal element!
